Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy (born April 16th 1996) was born in Miami Florida. She is the mother of Dennis Alan Taylor, a former bank executive, as well as Jennifer Marina Joy, a psychologist, is Anya Taylor-Joy. The father of her mother, who is Argentinean of Scottish and English heritage is also her mother. Her mother is Spanish-English. Taylor-Joy was born into a family of six children. Four of her siblings are from her previous marriage to Taylor's dad. Family lived within Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy was 6 years old, later moving to Victoria district in London. According to Taylor-Joy, the removal was extremely difficult for her and she was unable to study English to the hope of returning to Argentina. Hill House had to be her new school following the moved from Northlands. Then she attended Queen's Gate School where she trained in ballet and appeared in school productions. When she reached the age of 16, Taylor-Joy dropped out to pursue a full-time acting career. At a very young age, Taylor-Joy knew that she wanted to be an actor and her dreams came true after she was offered a modeling job by Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
